REFUNDS, RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY
We offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items, returned in original condition, with all tags still attached. Garments must not have been worn or washed and intention of return must be made within 5 business days of receiving the item.
Please follow our returns process below:
- Email customerservice@hermanahouse.com.au with your order number, within 5 days of the date of delivery, advising that you would like to return for a refund or exchange.

Hermana House is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. We recommend you include tracking and insurance for your protection.
Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. Hermana House reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.
Upon receipt of your returned merchandise they will be checked over prior to final approval to process your refund*. Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned garment(s). Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- In original condition – unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged within 14 days.
- With all tags, stickers and any protective packaging attached and intact.
- With a copy of the original purchase receipt (detailing the order number, customer name, address and date of order).
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, jewellery, skincare and intimates cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.

Shipping Timeframes
Orders placed by 1 pm AEST on a business day, will be dispatched that day. Orders placed after 1 pm will be dispatched the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or a Public Holiday will be dispatched on the following business day.
